Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of the website setuprakashan.com is to provide its user a seamless book buying experience, with carefully curated information about the books.

 

Order

You’re welcome to virtually experience the books and other services and place your orders for them. We will accept your offer by issuing a confirmation email or by confirming through mobile message about the products that you have ordered. These acceptances are subject to your assent to the conditions of sale. No other conditions will be applicable in this context.

 

Shipping

We usually ship all the orders within 24-48 hrs of receipt of orders excluding Sundays & national holidays. However, the exact date of shipping depends upon the availability of the product. If the product is not shipped within 7 days, we will refund the money received. No deductions will be made for such orders. Prior to cancelling and refund of the order we’ll try to contact you with the details provided by you. In case you wish to hold the order, we’ll inform you of the expected date of dispatch.

 

Logistics Partner.

In order to make deliveries of the books and other products that we sell from setuprakashan.com or may sell in future we associate / may associate with different logistic service providers. All the orders placed on the Setu Prakashan website will be delivered by them.

 

Cancellation Of an Order

No cancellation will be entertained on confirmed orders that have been acknowledged and processed. In case you’ve placed an order by mistake or you do not intend to receive it any more you can request to cancel such an order by contacting our customer support.

 

Returns And Refunds.

No return or refund requests will be entertained after order has been acknowledged and process. In case of a damaged or incorrect product being delivered, contact customer support. The user holds the right to return the product within seven (7) days of receipt. The refund for the order will be processed only after the receipt of the product in the condition it had been shipped. We hold the right to deny requests if the product had been damaged after delivery. Refund may take 3-4 business days to be credited in user’s bank account.
